Lucky 7 Chicken Noodles

It can be hard to meet your daily protein goals when you're being social and going out to a restaurant or heading to a mate's place for pizza and a few drinks. 1 tspn Olive Oil (or personal cooking oil preference)
4 Skinless Chicken Breasts
400gms Stir Fry Vegetable Mix
600gms (3 packets) Chang's Super Lo Cal Traditional Noodles (or equivalent) 
2 tspns Crushed Garlic
1 tspn Crushed Ginger 
6 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp No Added Sugar Tomato Sauce

Lucky 7 Chicken Noodles


    1. Cut the chicken Breast into cubes
    2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add the chicken. 
    3. While the chicken is cooking, mix the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl.
    4. Once the chicken is browned, add the stir fry mixed vegetables.
    5. Drain and rinse the noddles as per packet instructions
    6. Break up the noodles a bit, either with scissors or a knife (this will make it easier to mix through) and then add them to the chicken and veggies.
    7. Pour on the sauce and mix it through.
