20 Songs to Pump Up Your Workout Playlist

Step outside your comfort zone and turn it up with some new tracks and well-seasoned gems. The songs that inspire you to push yourself might be surprising. You might be a mother of two who enjoys Taylor Swift and Body Pump class but when you’re digging deep for the final 5 mins of cardio, it might just be some gangster rap that gets you where you need to be. Or you might be a hard core gym junkie who loves to listen to metal while you train but a dance floor anthem might just pump you up for that PB.

If you don’t have this track on your workout playlist, add it straight away. The aim of the song is literally to pump you up. It will have you bobbing your head and working out in no time.

Pull that Turner hoodie on and dig deep.

Those who doubted you? Prove them wrong. This tune will motivate you to get yourself out of bed and work up a sweat.
9. Dua Lipa -Don't Start Now (Purple Disco Machine Remix)
This is a great track to take your mind off how tough your workout is and enjoy yourself while you get it done. This remix is also really fun and hopefully a fresh track you haven’t heard before.
10. Eminem and 50Cent - Patiently Waiting
This might be a bit gangster for some but give it a go. It’s hard not to get psyched up and get ready to explode with a Personal Best while listening to this track. We also like this as a great rehab song for those of you tackling injuries, patiently waiting on the sidelines and doing those rehab exercises that you need to do to come back from injury stronger than ever.

 Don’t fight it, it’s coming for you and this song is great.
12. Queen -Don't Stop Me Now
Don’t let what is going on in the world around you stop you now. You’re a rocketship on your way to your fitness goals.

Don’t worry about anyone else. Escape the grind and go to your happy place.
14. Fall Out Boy - My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark

This is a great modern rock track to ignite your workout.

15. White Stripes - Seven Nation Army
Get pumped up and battle ready. Sometimes you’ve gotta dig your heels in and fight for those goals.
16. Lizzo - Good As Hell (feat Ariana Grande Remix)
There’s something about this song that just makes you want to shake off whatever is challenging you and indulge in some positivity and self-love.

You are stronger than you know. You don’t need anyone to hold you up.
